COOL-LITE SKN is a solar control glass range which gives excellent selectivity while retaining a neutral appearance. This range offers five different levels of performance, depending on a project's specific requirements.

Floreasca Park building offices, with 83 points and with "Excellent" BREEAM certification, has won some prestigious awards in the real estate industry: Best Office Building of the Year at the Central and Eastern European Quality Awards (CEEQA), Warsaw and the Office Development of the Year at the EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards, Bucharest.
The project consists of two modern class A office buildings, connected by an underground car park.
The complex rises to high standards of sustainability, with options such as recycling rainwater and heat, natural cooling at night through a computerized window system, geothermal heat pumps and the use of groundwater for cooling systems.
