Products
COOL-LITE® ST BRIGHT SILVER

The newest member of the COOL-LITE ST family, COOL-LITE ST Bright Silver, impresses with its extremely high transparency and neutral reflection. With this combination, the product provides both extreme comfort and excellent privacy levels. Unlike the other ST coatings, this coating is applied as standard to extra-white DIAMANT float glass; normal PLANICLEAR float glass is also available on request. AESTHETICS: high external reflectivity (*32%) with silver color, meeting the latest architectural trends for a strong design statement. The high light transmission brings good volume daylight which being proven to be beneficial to occupants of the building.SOLAR PROTECTION: achieving good level of solar protection with a solar factor of *0,52 (on DIAMANT), cooling loads are reduced under hot climates.

SageGlass products are built for today's generation of architecture. By allowing the benefits of natural light without the aesthetic limitations of blinds and shades, it can completely change the role of glass in your next project. And because it's versatile enough to fit into any space, it gives designers the freedom to reimagine what's possible.

Placo® Activ'Air®
Gypsum double side board with gypsum core from natural origin. It has the Activ’Air technology incorporated: removes up to 70% of the formaldehyde presents in the indoor air. Works with porous surfaces: painting or wallpaper.

Ecophon Akusto™ Wall C has a concealed grid and bevelled edge to create a narrow groove between each panel. Available in a variety of surface options. Excellent room acoustic properties are achieved when this wall absorber is paired with a sound absorbing ceiling.

PROJECT PARTNERS
This project was managed and financed by its owner, the insurer Generali, who, assisted by Hines, commissioned the VINCI group to carry it out.

The architectural, technical and environmental project for the new tower was designed by the Valode & Pistre agency, which was selected by Saint-Gobain and Generali, in consultation with EPADESA, following an international architectural consultation. This project is in line with the strategy of EPADESA and Defacto and perfectly illustrates the attractiveness of Paris La Défense and its influence abroad.
